How to receive Early Intervention OT services with Moon and Stars Therapy:

1. Current RCRC clients — contact your service coordinator to schedule your first session.

2. Not yet a client with RCRC *— fill out the intake/referral form on this page and we will refer it to your local Regional Center to start the process.

3. *Your child will be referred for a comprehensive developmental evaluation to determine if there is a delay of 25% or greater in cognitive, physical (gross and fine motor), language (receptive and expressive), adaptive, or social-emotional skills. If a delay is identified, your child will be eligible for fully funded services through Moon and Stars Therapy, provided by your local Regional Center.
