We meet monthly to gently prepare and strengthen your pelvic floor and core before your baby’s growing weight adds extra demand on these muscles. These sessions also provide emotional support as your body adjusts to the early surge of pregnancy hormones—helping you navigate mood shifts, reduce anxiety, and feel grounded during this important transition. This can include nervous system regulation techniques, bodywork, exercises, and education to promote wellness during early pregnancy.
